Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid UPS return shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging if possible, include the return slip, and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
